VIP Memberships: AKA Getting A Green Name

We all had to sign up again and almost everyone lost their VIP access until the raffle is over.

Clearly I'm missing something. The new stuff is awesome, but why did I get bozoed with the ban hammer? Hopefully Dan, Super Dave, Richard, Hazard, or somebody will be nice enough to fill me in. I'm ready to pull my hair out.

No one got booted. They moved the whole site and gave everyone a clean start. We all had to re-register and do the introduction thing. The old site is just an archive now. Hope all is well

Oohhh. Geeze, leave it to the old guy lololol...The changes seem pretty cool. Except problems changing up the profile settings are just as marbled up as before hahaha. Can't re-set this. So just so I'm not confused. If you purchased VIP status in the old forum you still will have VIP status in this forum after this raffle or do we need to re up the VIP status again? I'm not asking about the raffle just VIP in general

Sounded like old VIP would carry over after the raffle.

Yes, according to Dan, old VIP will carry over after the raffle, and if you were old VIP and you *bought* a new VIP, it would enter you INTO the raffle.

VIP memberships with be ways to be entered into raffles. The price will change based on the give away at that time, but once purchased, the forum benefits don't go away.

It's the legal way to run raffles as I am selling a product which I pay tax on. I just happen to be doing members only giveaways.

If you don't want to be entered into the second raffle you just carry on with the VIP perks sans-raffle?
