Most players get more value focusing on weapons first, then helm and chest. Those slots shift your power in a very obvious way: damage, defence layers, key cooldowns. If you are holding a Mythic Unique that already fits your build, that is where the Sigil conversation should start. Just do not clutter the item with powers that pull you in different directions. If your build is already capped on certain Legendary effects, another copy of the same thing only looks good on paper; in practice it just eats space where a genuinely new spike in power could live.
Managing Risk Without Freezing Up
